Hops Craft Beer Garden

A German brewmaster brews strictly to the Reinheitsgebot, using only malt, hops, yeast and water: Gold Angel lager, Amber Witch wheat, Bash IPA and Red Fury red ale among them. Around a mature tree in Boeung Keng Kang sit an air-conditioned restaurant, art lounge and sports bar with billiards and electronic darts.

Start with a tasting board, then order the giant pretzel or pork knuckle. The Friday free-flow BBQ and weekend brunch are big draws. Sister venues are Hops Villa, in an Art Deco villa in Tuol Kork, and an outlet in Phnom Penh City Center mall.
