Webrew's Jing'an Temple branch occupies the fourth floor of Star Plaza at 1718 West Beijing Road, in Jing'an District, and pairs a very large draught list with an inventive food menu. The room has a sleek, industrial look, and its windows give views of Jing'an Temple. Jing'an Temple metro station is the nearest stop, with Exit 1 the closest to the building; for a taxi, the Chinese name is 围波精酿餐吧 (静安寺店).
The draught wall runs to 56 taps, mixing local staples with more experimental brews, and beers are referred to by their tap number. A 2026 guide to the city's craft beer picks out tap 8, a wheat beer brewed with Longjing tea, and tap 23, a guava IPA that sets tropical sweetness against IPA bitterness. With so many lines, a few small pours are the sensible way to explore.
The kitchen is a reason to come in its own right. The same guide recommends the black truffle and mushroom scallion pancake, a richer take on the classic snack. Average spend is put at around 89 yuan a head.
Listed hours are 11.30am to 2am daily, so it works for a long lunch, an after-work drink near the temple or a late session after dinner elsewhere in Jing'an. It suits groups who want plenty of choice and proper food in one place, and visitors who want a view with their beer.
