Yardleys Taproom

This is the Central home of Yardley Brothers, the family brewery that began in Luke Yardley's Lamma Island living room, and it sits halfway up Peel Street in the old Roundhouse space. The board leans on the brewery's own sours, lagers and barrel-aged releases, and a traditional English beer engine pours cask ale brewed specifically for the hand pump, still a rarity in Hong Kong.

Ask what is on cask before you scan the keg list, and if you are in a group, share one of the barrel-aged bottles from the brewery's ageing programme.
