Bound has been on Boundary Street in Prince Edward since 2016, working as a coffee shop by day and a bar by night without either half feeling like an afterthought. The beer side leans hard on Hong Kong producers: a rotating selection of local craft beer and cider in the fridge, a couple of local taps, and a wider range of international bottles. It sits alongside natural wine curated from Australia, Italy and France, cocktails, and the bar's signature drinks built on Yuk Bing Siu, the traditional Cantonese rice liquor.

The room is the draw as much as the drinks list — a yellow strip-curtain frontage, artwork and hanging textiles on deep blue walls, mismatched colourful furniture, neon accents and a sticker photobooth. It draws a mixed crowd of local regulars, coffee obsessives and visitors, and gets genuinely packed at weekends.

Programming keeps it from settling: pop-up events with guest chefs and visiting artists appear regularly, and local musicians play the space from time to time. Food runs to curry and fresh bites, with a Sundown menu on weekday evenings. Worth noting for beer-focused visitors that this is a broad-church cafe-bar rather than a dedicated taproom — the craft beer is real and locally sourced, but shares the menu with coffee, wine and cocktails.
