The branding is loud and cartoonish, but the beer is serious: Deadman was named Hong Kong Brewery of the Year at the 2020 Asia International Beer Competition. Dirty Pale Ale and Crazy Rabbits Espresso Stout are long-standing favourites. The Friday tour includes the cold room and a taste straight from the tank, then six hours of free-flow tasting, with pool, table tennis and board games.
Note: it isn't a walk-in bar, so book a tour or private session ahead. Bring food in or order delivery.
