Kowloon Taproom

The premise is strictly local, with Moonzen, Lion Rock, Young Master, Mak's, Heroes, Gweilo and Yardley Brothers among the rotating breweries, and bottles from the same roster in the fridge. For a long stretch it was the only serious craft bar on this side of the harbour, and it shares ownership with Hong Kong Island Tap House and Soho Taproom.

Order a tasting flight; the menu carries brief notes for each pour, and the chalkboard out front lists daily specials. It's two minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit L5 and about ten on foot from the Star Ferry.
