Canard Brewing Taproom

Founded in late 2022 by two brewers in Denpasar, Canard brews from original, often centuries-old recipes: a Strawberry Gose (3.7%), Witbier, Kölsch, Session IPA, Porter and a powerful 9.5% Weizenbock. One founding mission is to make craft beer more approachable for women, a nod to history's original brewsters. The intimate décor is a deliberate contrast to Bali's usual industrial brewpubs.

It's on the second floor of Pertokoan Nakula Plaza. Order the pairing set: a three-beer flight (dark or light) or the full six, each matched with a dish, such as coconut sourdough with seaweed butter alongside the gose.
