This is the home bar of Stark Craft Beer, the Bali brewery behind the Indonesian Pale Ale, Lychee Ale and Milk Stout, so the house range is as fresh here as anywhere on the island. Wooden fermenters line the room, and the crowd mixes hotel guests with Kuta regulars settling in for the nightly acoustic sets.
Ask for the 1945 Pilsener, the rice lager the same company brews, and try it next to a Stark IPA for an easy side-by-side.
