The brewhouse sits inside a restored townhouse, and its small on-site kit turns out beers you won't find at the Tokyo original, most recently an award-winning rice kōji sour that tends to sell out. These sit alongside the brand's core series and seasonal releases, with a menu of Japanese-leaning dishes designed around the beer.
