Craft Beer Works Kamikaze has been a cornerstone of Osaka's craft beer scene since opening in the Kitahorie neighbourhood, a short walk from Nishiohashi and Yotsubashi stations. The narrow but warmly decorated bar packs 27 rotating taps behind a long wooden counter, with Japanese craft beers forming the backbone of the list — Minoh, Yo-Ho, and a rotating cast of regional microbreweries — alongside imports from the US and Europe. Beer comes in an unusually wide range of pour sizes: a small 200ml glass, a half-pint, a US pint (473ml), a UK imperial pint (568ml), and even a German maß (1,000ml) for the committed drinker. Beer flights of four 100ml pours are available for easy exploration. The food menu leans Italian — think pizza, pasta, and some genuinely excellent hand-cut chips — making it a satisfying place to linger over several glasses rather than just passing through. The bar is non-smoking and has a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere that draws an even mix of locals and visiting craft beer enthusiasts. **Opening Hours** Monday – Sunday: 4pm – midnight
