Beer Inn Mugishutei

Kaufman founded Ezo Beer in 1992 to import Rogue Ales, and Rogue brews the house Ezo Beer specifically for the bar. Some 300 bottles and cans from more than fifty countries fill the walls beside a serious tequila and mezcal shelf, with forty years of brewery signs and 1980s MTV on the screen.

Find it in the Yoshiya Building off Minami 9-jo Nishi 5. The cover charge of around ¥900 is often waived or reduced for overseas visitors. Order the chips and salsa, and the Hascup Ale if it is on.
