Baird Beer Nakameguro Taproom

Baird's original Tokyo room remains one of the city's most characterful: timber cladding, hand-painted signage, a wall of menus and a chalkboard of the day's pours. The core range arrives fresh from Shizuoka alongside seasonal and one-off releases, so the list rewards repeat visits, and the room is completely non-smoking.

It's a short walk from Nakameguro Station and the Meguro River. Order the pizza, thin and charred like a Connecticut apizza, with one of Baird's hoppier or maltier beers; pizzas can be taken away too.
