Craft Beer Market Atre Kichijoji

Craft Beer Market (CBM) started in Toranomon in 2011 and opened this Kichijoji branch, its sixth, in July 2015 on the ground floor of atre Kichijoji's East Wing, connected directly to the station. It is a roomy unit by the chain's standards, with doors onto both the mall concourse and the street, a concrete interior and empty beer bottles lining the upper shelves in early-CBM style.

Like every CBM it keeps around 30 draught beers on at all times, swapping in a new one whenever a keg empties, and the list is updated online daily. Japanese seasonal releases, lagers, IPAs and stouts pour alongside rotating imports and the group's own CRAFTROCK BREWING beers, including the Drink All Day Kölsch. Half-size pours make it easy to try several, and staff will help you pick by taste. In September 2026 the chain returned to its original launch price of ¥480 a glass, which it credits to brewing and delivering its own beer in-house.

The kitchen here now leans towards casual French bistro food, which the branch calls taishu French, with dishes designed to go with beer, and it occasionally runs food events. There are around 52 places in all: 14 at the counter, 32 at tables and a handful of standing spots by the front entrance for a quick glass when the seats are full. The whole space is non-smoking. A ¥300 charge, covering a small appetiser, applies in the evening.

The day is split into lunch from 11am to 2.30pm, a café slot until 5pm and dinner until 11pm, and it is open every day. Come in the afternoon if you want a quieter, cheaper session before the after-work crowd arrives; it suits solo drinkers, shoppers and groups meeting at the station.
