CRAFTROCK BREWPUB & LIVE

CRAFTROCK BREWPUB & LIVE is the brewing arm and flagship venue of the Craft Beer Market group, operated by Steady Works Ltd. It opened in 2019 in COREDO Muromachi Terrace — the outdoor terrace-facing retail block of the Nihonbashi Muromachi redevelopment, a few minutes' walk from both Mitsukoshimae Station and Shin-Nihonbashi Station. This is a meaningfully different experience from the CBM chain outlets. The bar houses a working on-site brewery — CRAFTROCK BREWING — whose tanks are visible through the glass-fronted interior. The house beer range typically covers three to five CRAFTROCK originals on tap: IPAs, pale ales, lagers, and seasonal specialties brewed on the premises. These sit alongside a further 25–27 rotating guest taps from leading Japanese and international craft breweries, giving it one of the most interesting tap lists in the Nihonbashi area. The food concept is steaks and substantial meat dishes, a deliberate step up from the izakaya-style fare at other CBM branches. The kitchen produces charcoal-grilled cuts, house burgers, and wine-bar-style accompaniments. The LIVE element is integral to the concept: the bar hosts regular live music performances by bands and solo artists, making evenings here genuinely eventful.
