DevilCraft Kanda

Three Americans founded DevilCraft in July 2011, and this is where the combination of serious craft beer and properly made deep dish began. House beers come from the Oimachi brewery, licensed in 2015, and the IPAs hold their own against anything imported. The narrow building is taller than it looks: a ground-floor bar, tables on the second floor and a party space on the third.

It's two minutes from the south exit of JR Kanda Station. Book ahead, and order the deep dish early as it takes around twenty minutes; buffalo wings fill the gap. It's smoke-free throughout.
