Goodbeer Faucets, known locally as GBF, has been one of Shibuya's most reliable craft beer destinations for over a decade. It sits on the second floor of the Crossroad Building in Shoto, a five minute walk from Shibuya Station and just past Bunkamura, far enough from the crossing to feel like a neighbourhood bar rather than a tourist stop.
The bar reopened on 4 July 2026 after a full renovation. The current format runs to 25 rotating craft taps that change daily, and GBF now holds what it describes as the largest selection of Australian craft beer in Japan. Japanese microbreweries, American and Belgian imports fill out the rest of the wall. More than 50 canned craft beers are also stocked, available to drink in or take away.
The room is spacious by Tokyo standards, with a long central bar counter, high tables, booth seating and screens showing sport. Menus are in English and Japanese and the staff are used to international visitors. The kitchen runs a range of original mains and beer snacks designed around the tap list, with seasonal specials rotating alongside the beer.
GBF is closed on Mondays.
