Spring Valley Brewery Tokyo

Spring Valley is Kirin's dedicated craft venture, and the expansive, handsome room puts the brewing kit on show behind glass. The core range includes Rich Lager 496, Silk Ale White and JAPAN Ale Aroma, while Afterdark, a dark beer with chocolate and coffee notes, draws consistent praise. The on-site brewers add rotating limited batches.

It's a few minutes' walk from Daikan-yama Station. Start with a tasting flight, or for a longer session the 90-minute all-you-can-drink set (¥4,800 with appetisers and fish and chips). The generous layout suits groups and prams.
