Spring Valley Brewery Tokyo is a flagship craft brewpub operated by Kirin as a dedicated craft beer venture. It opened inside the Logroad Daikanyama development — a leafy former railway corridor converted into boutique shops and restaurants, just a few minutes' walk from Daikan-yama Station. The space is expansive and handsome, with the brewing equipment visible behind glass and both indoor and generous outdoor seating.

The tap list centres on SVB's own beers. The core series includes Rich Lager 496, Silk Ale White, and JAPAN Ale Aroma, alongside Daydream, Original 496, JAZZBERRY, and Afterdark — a dark beer with chocolate and coffee notes that draws consistent praise. The on-site brewers also produce a rotating selection of limited in-house batches alongside four to six additional craft handles. Tasting flights let you work across several styles at once.

The food menu goes well beyond bar snacks, with burgers, pizzas, seafood, and pasta. An all-you-can-drink craft beer set (90 minutes, ¥4,800 with appetisers and fish and chips) is available. The space handles groups well and is stroller-friendly thanks to its generous layout and outdoor area.
