TDM 1874 Shimokitazawa

TDM is owned by Sakaguchiya, a sake and liquor merchant trading from the same Yokohama site since 1874. Brewing began in 2017 under British head brewer George Juniper, trained at Dark Star and Hitachino Nest, who went on to win Best New Brewer in Japan. Taps pour TDM beer exclusively, including the beloved British Best Bitter (B.B.B.), rotating IPAs and DIPAs, and seasonals.

Head for the station's southwest exit; the bar is visible from the platform. Half pints start at ¥700 and US pints at ¥1,150, there's no table charge, and a fridge of TDM and guest cans is there to take home.
