Project Smoked sits in Taman Sentosa just a short drive from the Causeway, and has built a loyal following among both locals and Singaporeans making the trip north. The concept is simple: meats smoked for up to eight hours over local mangrove wood, served alongside a carefully chosen craft beer list that punches well above its weight for a barbecue joint.
The venue has hosted events with Malaysian award-winning craft breweries including Paperkite, and regularly rotates craft handles across IPAs, stouts, and lagers. The outdoor smoker out front makes it easy to find. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
