Swedish expat Morgan set out to bring serious craft beer culture to the Philippines, and his own Craft Revolt house brews pour alongside Nipa Brew, Joe's Brew, Katipunan Craft Ales and Swedish and German imports. Keg stools, timber high tables and vintage Manila photographs fill the compact, open-fronted bar in the Forbes Town Center courtyard.

Go early: the daily Early Bird buy-one-get-one runs from opening until 4pm. Swedish meatballs are the order, and there are further branches at Makati Circuit Lane and Salcedo Village.
