The full 1925 range pours here, brewed at its Mandai facility and drawing on the family's Teochew heritage: look for the Yellow Van pale ale, the Liang Teh chrysanthemum lager and the Manuka Stout. The conserved shophouse has a dark, intimate feel with bare walls and rustic fittings, and has drawn praise from ieatishootipost and Yahoo! Life.

It's a short walk from Lavender MRT. Order from the wood-fired kitchen's smoked meats, such as the rendang-glazed Wagyu brisket or smoked pork belly, and ask about brewery tours and private events.
