LeChloe04 sits on the fourth floor of Fortune Centre on Middle Road, a short walk from Bugis and Bencoolen MRT. Behind a glass frontage hung with red and yellow silk lanterns, a bank of 40 taps is backed by glass-door fridges stocked with bottled and canned craft beer, making it one of the biggest tap lists in the Bugis area.

Handwritten tap lists and brewery posters rotate across the windows, with styles running from oatmeal stout and classic IPA to fruited pale lagers, and the bar also stocks mead from Singapore's Lion City Meadery. It shares the floor with Bellies Craft Beer, which makes level four of Fortune Centre one of the more unlikely two-stop craft beer crawls in the city.
