Nice spot when you're out and about near the Kallang River. Relaxed outdoor space, decent food and service. Plus, the beers aren't crazy expensive. Very dog friendly.

A US road trip inspired the founders, and the rotation roams from whiskey-barrel barleywines and port-barrel sours to hazy IPAs, with Singapore's Brewlander alongside Scandinavian and British imports; Nøgne Ø once took over six taps. Inside, look for a bar counter tiled in 3.5-inch diskettes and a mural of the owner's toddler son.
It is a short walk from Lavender MRT, with views across a field to the Kallang River. Order the biscuits and gravy, and bring the dog: water bowls are provided indoors and out.
