
The Coup is BUNKERBUNKER's flagship bar on Ann Siang Hill β an underground, bunker-styled space carved out beneath the historic shophouse row in Maxwell. Opened by a former Shopback executive who left the corporate track to build a drinks empire around natural wine and craft beer, the bar has built a cult following for rotating taps that lean hard into the adventurous end of the beer world: barrel-aged imperial stouts, nitro pours, and stouts finished with smoked plum and smoked salt.
Beyond the beer, The Coup stocks a deep list of natural wines, specialty spirits and sake, plus a solid range of non-alcoholic options including house-made kombucha for anyone sitting out the harder stuff. The low-lit, subterranean setting makes it one of Ann Siang Hill's more atmospheric late-night stops β open Wednesday to Saturday evenings only, so it rewards a bit of planning.
