Little Island Brewing Co @ South Beach

The downtown sibling of the Changi Village microbrewery took over the former Alchemist Beer Lab site. Akira Kita Architecture, behind Esquina and Luke's Oyster Bar, designed a sleek palette of grey, coppery gold and brown marble, with wood accents evoking a mediaeval tavern. LIBC's own ales pour alongside pre-batched beer cocktails, a departure from Changi's more traditional setup.

It's in basement 1 of South Beach Avenue, walkable from Esplanade MRT (Exit F) and City Hall MRT. Pair a pint with tapas such as the slow-roasted pork belly or Wagyu beef quesadilla.
