Locality Craft Beers

Locality is the bar that Singapore's craft beer community keeps coming back to. Tucked away in the basement of Hexacube on Changi Road, it's deliberately unpretentious — no imported taps, no food menu, no pretense. Every single one of its rotating taps pours a beer brewed right here in Singapore.

Owner Dennis has built something rare: a genuinely local bar where the regulars feel like family, the prices are fair (half pints from $8.50), and the beer list changes constantly. Expect IPAs, hazy pale ales, stouts, sours and lagers from Singapore's best independent breweries — Alive Brewing, Brewlander, Sunbird Brewing, and more.

Can't find food on the menu? That's because there isn't one — but you're welcome to bring your own. Grab something from the hawker centre nearby, head down the staircase to B1, and settle in. Camping chairs spill out into the corridor when it gets packed on weekends.
