Opened in April 2026, People People Brewing Co. is a statement of intent for Singapore's craft beer scene. The 9,000 sq ft space at WEAVE, Resorts World Sentosa was conceived by a four-way partnership between Dave Pynt (Burnt Ends), hotelier Loh Lik Peng (Unlisted Collection), brand builder Pete Thew, and strategist Jason Moy — with award-winning Head Brewer Nick Calder-Scholes (Australian Brewer of the Year 2024) overseeing the brewing programme. Beer here is brewed entirely on-site in five custom 1,500-litre tanks, which are kept in full view throughout the open-plan space, and served directly from tank to tap for unmatched freshness. The range spans a Core lineup of house lager, Pacific Ale, Poolside Pils (3.5% ABV), XPA, and California IPA, alongside seasonal drops, small-batch Workshop Series beers, and exclusive Founder's Reserve releases available only to members. Standouts include the crisp Japanese Rice Lager brewed with premium short-grain rice, and the Passionfruit & Yuzu Sour — one of the most distinctive beers currently on tap in Singapore. Food is handled by Burnt Ends, meaning wood-fired sourdough pizzas, rotisserie chicken, burgers, and elevated bar bites are the order of the day. The kitchen applies Burnt Ends' signature open-fire technique to pub-friendly formats — the Wheat Beer Mussels and Chips and Salt and Pepper Squid are early favourites. The venue seats 180 and can accommodate 300–400 standing, with flexible indoor and outdoor zones built for both quiet weekday sessions and large-group events. Weekly programming keeps the calendar active: Quiz & Pint on Mondays, Wood Fired Wednesdays, brewery tours with Head Brewer Nick on Thirsty Thursdays, Live Music Fridays, Saturday Brewery Brunch (free-flow), and People People Family Day on Sundays (kids eat free). Importantly, People People Brewing Co. sits before the Sentosa island entry gantry, so there is no island levy to access it — a direct Grab drop-off is located right at the entrance.
