Little Island Brewing Co @ Gillman Barracks

Opened in 2024 in the Southern Depot, part of a colonial-era British military compound turned arts enclave, the vast warehouse is fitted with 70-year-old Altec speakers for vinyl nights and weekend live performances. Pours come from LIBC's full own-brewed range of stouts, pale ales and American IPAs.
