Little Island Brewing Co at Gillman Barracks is LIBC's newest home, opened in March 2024 inside the historic Southern Depot warehouse at Blk 43 Malan Road — a colonial-era British military compound now reimagined as a creative arts enclave. The vast warehouse space is fitted with spacious indoor and al fresco seating, a kids' playground, and an epic vintage sound system: 70-year-old Altec speakers that deliver an extraordinary audio experience for vinyl nights and live weekend performances.
The beer selection draws from LIBC's full own-brewed range — inspired stouts, pale ales, and American IPAs — served alongside a contemporary fusion menu of wood-fired Napolitano-style sourdough pizzas, 15-hour smoked Wagyu brisket, Islay Wagyu Raclette Burger, Grilled Miso-glazed Eggplant, and Le Feu Fromage baked camembert. Exclusive to this location: "Waxy Wednesdays Vinyl Night" with vinyl-spinning DJs on the rare vintage Altec rig. Hoppy Hour runs Monday to Friday, 3–6pm (S$10++ selected craft beers on tap). Pet and kid-friendly; surrounded by boutique galleries and artisan shops within Gillman Barracks.
