Taps N Timber is a modern industrial-style bistro and craft beer bar at The Rail Mall in Upper Bukit Timah, which opened in July 2026. By day it serves American-style brunch and coffee in a warm, inviting setting, and by evening the space turns into a relaxed craft beer bistro with 12 taps pouring a curated rotation of brews from around the world.
The soft launch food menu leans into Asian-fusion small plates and sharing dishes, including truffle fries, la zi ji, fried chicken with housemade teriyaki sauce, nam yu pork belly, jiao yan tofu, xia ren fried rice, sotong bakar, pork curry with pita bread, and nyonya beef rendang.
