Magpie Brewing Co.

Four friends founded Magpie in 2011 in a quiet Itaewon alley, and their Pale Ale is now a Korean classic. The brewery went on to win the first East Asian Beer Championship gold awarded to a Korean brewery and brewed the country's first commercial sour. Beer now comes fresh from the production brewery on Jeju Island to this cosy, no-frills room, pouring Pale Ale, Porter, Kölsch and IPA alongside seasonals.

There's no food menu, so bring your own or order delivery. The Basement across the alley is a livelier companion venue.
