Seoul Gypsy's main brewpub occupies a hanok β a traditional Korean tiled-roof house β near Gwonnong-dong in central Jongno, brewing beers that lean into Korean ingredients and techniques alongside more familiar craft styles. It's one of the more distinctive brewery settings in the city, pairing old architecture with an experimental, modern beer list.
The Fermenteria branch in Seochon (also listed) handles the brand's more sour- and barrel-focused output; this Jongno location is the original brewpub and the place to start.
