It sits in the block between Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and Zhongxiao Dunhua, with Taiwanese breweries dominating the board and imports filling out the rest. On weeknights it fills with the same regular faces.

Order from the 炸物 (fried snack) menu, which regulars talk about as much as the beer. It opens earlier than most Taipei beer bars, so use it as the first stop of an Eastern District crawl before the later bars get going.
