BUDA (ε₯½ι豬) trades under the splendid registered name ε₯½ι豬精ιζεδΊζ₯θ‘δ»½ζιε ¬εΈ β roughly, Lucky Pig Craft Culture β and sits a minute from Taipower Building MRT in the Gongguan student belt, a part of Taipei with almost no craft beer presence otherwise.
The tap list is Taiwanese-led and rotates constantly; Jim & Dad's features regularly, including its bourbon barrel-aged imperial red. The room is industrial and dimly lit, minimalist wood and low light, with live music programming that gives it more atmosphere than the average taproom.
The kitchen is the surprise. Fried oysters, Sichuan pork dumplings, scallop cold noodles and fried platters make it a genuine dinner option rather than a place you eat before or after. Average spend runs NT$300β500, it opens from around 4:30pm, and it scores 4.9 across sixty-plus booking-platform reviews.
