Floating Taipei (漂浮台北) opened in 2021 near Dihua Street and has become one of the city's most consistently recommended beer bars. The room reads like a collector's living room rather than a bar concept, with Mr Bean a house favourite on the screens while the tap list turns over.
Don't skip the cocktails, built on Taiwanese ingredients rather than imported syrups. Minimum spend is around NT$500, and it runs late, making it one of the better last stops in Dadaocheng.
