Jolly (εθζε·₯ιε€ι +ζ³°ι£ι€ε»³) was the first restaurant in Taiwan to put a working brewery alongside a Thai kitchen, and the pairing has held up better than it sounds. The house range runs to seventeen registered beers, brewed to complement rather than compete with the food.
The Neihu branch sits on Minquan East Road near Huzhou MRT and Dahu Park, fitted out in American rustic style with brick walls and beer-can light fittings. The menu is creative Thai and Taiwanese fusion rather than a straight Bangkok reproduction, and vegan options are available on request.
Note the service pattern: it runs separate lunch and dinner sittings with a break in between, rather than opening straight through. Average spend is around NT$1,000, which reflects that this is a restaurant with a brewery rather than a bar that serves food.
