Learn Bar (學吧) takes its name literally: the line-up is exclusively Taiwan-brewed, with no imports, and the charts show where a pour sits before you commit. Taihu, Zhang Men, Jim & Dad's, Flow and smaller Taiwanese breweries pass through, and constant turnover means repeat visits rarely repeat beers, making it Taipei's best single stop for the national scene.

It's on Xinyi Road, a short walk from Dongmen MRT and the Yongkang Street food strip, so eat there first as food here is light. It opens from 3pm, earlier than most Taipei beer bars, so go early to taste seriously before it fills.
