Taihu Driftwood – Ximending

Where Taihu's tasting rooms are stripped back, Driftwood goes the other way, with thatched canopies, rattan and rope. The tap wall is the deepest Taihu pour in the city, running the full house range plus Taiwanese and international guests, and high turnover makes it the likeliest place to catch a limited or one-off Taihu release.

It's a short walk from Ximen MRT. Come with a group and settle in: there's a minimum spend of NT$200 per person Sunday to Thursday and NT$400 at weekends, and the truffle fries and salted-egg chicken are built for sharing.
