Bearfest Restaurant & Fermentation Hub

Bearfest — rebranded from the long-running Beerfest Restaurant & Brewery, on the island since 2006 — is part restaurant, part working fermentation lab. More than 16 tanks on site produce not just beer but kvass and kombucha, giving the drinks menu a broader fermentation focus than most Phuket taprooms.

The core line-up runs eight house beers — from a 0.5% kvass and a Russian Imperial Stout to a spirulina-tinted Green Peace ale and a 7% IPA — best sampled as a tasting flight alongside the kitchen's wood-fired pizzas, roasted pork knuckle and slow-cooked ribs. The dining room is large and casual, built for groups, with the brewery's own tanks visible as part of the room itself.
