Pasteur Street Craft Beer (Ấu Triệu)

Pasteur Street Brewing Company pioneered Vietnam's craft beer scene from Ho Chi Minh City in 2015, and this Ấu Triệu taproom is its flagship Hanoi outpost — a bright, brick-and-concrete space just off the Old Quarter with the brand's signature "Bia Crafted in Vietnam" branding on the wall.

The beer list draws on the brewery's full catalogue of 200+ beers brewed with Vietnamese ingredients like jasmine, passion fruit and black pepper. Two further Hanoi taprooms exist (30 Cửa Bắc, 122 Bùi Thị Xuân) — this is the original.
