Pasteur Street Craft Beer (Bui Thi Xuan)

Set in a converted villa on a leafy corner, this is the most characterful of Pasteur Street's Hanoi rooms, with a glowing glass frontage and two floors that fill with after-work groups from nearby offices. The Jasmine IPA and Pomelo IPA, both built on Vietnamese ingredients, are the beers to start with.

The upper floor is often taken for private parties and company events, so book ahead on weekday evenings if you want a table upstairs.
