Vietnam's pioneering craft brewery runs this as one of its three Hanoi taprooms, pouring the same Jasmine IPA, Passion Fruit Wheat Ale and rotating seasonals found in its Saigon rooms. The ground floor is snug, but the draw is the upstairs balcony looking over the quieter streets between Truc Bach Lake and the northern edge of the Old Quarter.
Head straight upstairs around sunset for a balcony table, then walk it off with a loop of Truc Bach Lake.
