Beer Bank

Beer Bank is one of KL's best-kept secrets. Tucked behind a supermarket in Wisma Lim Foo Yoong on Jalan Raja Chulan, it can take a little persistence to find — but once you do, the reward is access to one of the widest selections of bottled craft beer in the city, spanning Germany, Belgium, the US, Japan and further afield.

The vibe is low-key and unpretentious: pull up a stool, pick something from the fridge, and settle in. Finger food is available to keep things going, and the bar is one of the few in KL to stay open until 2am on weeknights, making it an ideal last stop on a craft beer crawl. A second outlet operates in the southern suburb of Sri Petaling.
