Beaches Brewing Co

Independent Bali craft brewery behind Beaches Beer, a crisp pale ale and a Mexican-style cerveza made for the tropics.

Beaches Brewing Co is an independently owned Indonesian craft brewery, and its beer is sold as Beaches Beer. It was set up in 2022 by a group of friends, with Australian brewer Samara "Sam" Füss, a former Australian Brewer of the Year, as chief brewer. The company says it brews at its own brewery in north-west Bali. The first cans appeared in Jakarta in late 2024, and the beer reached Bali in 2025.

The beers

  • Pale Ale, 4.5%, 30 IBU
  • Cerveza, a light Mexican-style lager, 4.6%

Both are easy-drinking, low-bitterness beers built for hot weather, sold in cans.

Where to drink it

There is no Beaches taproom yet. In Jakarta you'll find it at Inglorious Basterds in Kebayoran Baru, and the cans are sold in modern markets across Bali. In October 2026 the brewery was also one of the backers of the month-long Oktoberfest at Brew & Barrel in Jakarta.
