BeerFes Osaka is the Kansai stop of the Great Japan Beer Festival series, co-organised by the Japan Craft Beer Association, and has been running in the city since 2003. It is a tasting festival in the classic format: one admission price covers repeated sample pours, so you can work through Japanese craft and imported beers side by side.
The 2026 edition is back at MyDome Osaka's exhibition hall over the weekend of 14 and 15 November, typically with well over 100 beers available.
