RichKat Craft Brewing's Central taproom opened in early August 2024, weeks after the flagship Sheung Wan location, bringing the Shenzhen-born craft beer chain to one of Hong Kong's most famous bar streets. Pottinger Street — known as Stone Slab Street — sits in the heart of SoHo, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and the after-work crowd that makes this neighbourhood buzz from late afternoon onward.

The shop occupies the ground floor of Wah Hing House: compact but lively, with indoor seating for around a dozen guests plus the option of drinking al fresco on the granite steps outside. Happy hour runs from 3pm to 5pm, making it a regular stop for office workers escaping the CBD. The full RichKat beer range is available in both draught and can — all unfiltered, unpasteurised, and brewed at the company's own Sanshui, Foshan facility. Highlights include the Star Boy Hazy IPA, Osmanthus Wheat, and the Chocolate Imperial Milk Stout, alongside seasonal specials that rotate monthly. Prices start from HK$28 per can.

While the Central location does not have a kitchen, snacks are available. The bar is welcoming for solo drinkers and small groups, with the team consistently praised for their knowledge of the range. RichKat beers have won medals at the World Beer Awards, Australian International Beer Awards, and Brussels Beer Challenge.
