The Blackbird Wine Bar

The Blackbird was Miri's first proper wine and cocktail lounge, a dark, lantern-hung room at Marina Square with a long back bar and a loyal after-work crowd. The beer list is short but local, with Kuching's 1602 Craft Beer on draught, and there is a house tradition of pouring the first glass free whenever a new keg is tapped.

Tip: it sits across the junction from Beer O'Clock, so the two make an easy double bill; Wednesday is cocktail night if anyone in your group isn't drinking beer.
