3B is a labour of love: a snug, dimly lit room stacked wall to wall with cans from Saigon's best small breweries, led by a deep Heart of Darkness selection, plus a handful of Belgian and imported bottles. The host loves to talk beer, so it feels more like a friend's beer cellar than a bar.
Ask the host for a recommendation from the fridge rather than guessing, and order delivery to the door if you get hungry. Book ahead on Sunday or Monday, which are private bookings only.
