The Da Nang-born brewery opened here in 2021. Taps pour Dragon IPA, Mekong Dragon dragonfruit sour and Beach Blond Ale plus taproom-only releases, and it has taken consistent golds at the Asia Beer Championship. Its Zero Waste credential comes from turning brewing by-products into pizza dough, hot sauce and soap.
Order a 50cm pizza downstairs, browse the second-floor Bottle Room, then retreat to the quieter upstairs cocktail lounge. The surrounding sushi bars and izakayas make for good bar-hopping.
