7 Bridges Brewing Co. opened its first Saigon taproom here on Lê Thánh Tôn Street in 2021, bringing the Da Nang-born brewery's full arsenal to the southern capital. The venue stretches across three floors in a narrow shophouse that wraps around a lively side alley in the Japanese quarter of District 1 — a strip of sushi restaurants and izakayas that makes for excellent bar-hopping territory before or after your pint.
The ground floor houses the bar and an open kitchen turning out 7 Bridges' famous 50cm pizzas alongside fusion tapas and beer-paired snacks. Twenty taps pour the brewery's core range — Dragon IPA, Mekong Dragon dragonfruit sour, Beach Blond Ale — plus an ever-rotating slate of seasonal and experimental releases only available at the taproom. The second floor, known as the Bottle Room, stocks an impressive selection of packaged craft beer from Vietnam and abroad. Upstairs, a cocktail lounge and alfresco terrace offer a quieter perch above the street energy below.
7 Bridges has built its reputation on sustainability as much as flavour — brewing by-products get repurposed into pizza dough, hot sauce and soap, earning the brewery its Zero Waste credential. They've also racked up consistent gold medals at the Asia Beer Championship. This is the best place in Saigon to work through their full tap list in one sitting.
