Belgo Belgian Craft Beer — Da Kao

Belgian co-founders Gauthier and François shipped an entire brewery from Belgium, sourced Belgian malt and hops, and brought over a Belgian brewmaster. The result tastes nothing like the American-style craft elsewhere in Saigon: try the Belgo Blonde, Belgo Cherry or Belgo Full Moon, a rich dark brewed with eight ingredients, plus the seasonal Belgo Royale.

Da Kao is the original and still the most characterful of Belgo's HCMC branches; look for the Tintin comics on the walls. Pair your beer with proper mussels and frites.
