BiaCraft has been flying the flag for Vietnamese craft beer since 2014, and this graffiti-walled Thao Dien taproom is where it all started. The rotating board mixes cheekily named house beers with guest pours from Heart of Darkness, Hoptimist, Steersman and Belgo, and the staff are happy to steer you to something new.
Start with the house Biet Chet Lien double IPA or the easy-drinking Tram Phan Tram crush ale, then let the bartender pick your next one. Weekend evenings get busy with big groups, so arrive early if you want a terrace table.
